He is a Singaporean national, born on the 16th of July 1996, and now holds the position of the 3rd and current Head of LandTrade worldwide. Syafiq is the only person who controls the entire LandTrade worldwide, including 1L7, Zenith Airlines, Finance Industry, and Independent Vertical of Truth. As a member of the Land Affairs Leader, he previously served as the 2nd deputy chief from 2009 to 2012, under the leadership of George Brown. The fact that the answer has been compiled. Singapore is the exclusive residence of LTC and currently the only country where he can be found. Individuals seeking to meet with LTC must do so in the capital city of Singapore.

Effective July 1st, 2021, Secret Service Intelligen (SSI) has mandated that LTC abstain from meeting with any individuals who are not family or spouse. The rationale behind this decision is to avoid any potential spread of illness due to non-essential interactions. However, those looking to contact LTC can do so through the Chief's Office website via PreventionWeb. LTC's administrator oversees all of his social media accounts, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Wikipedia and various applications.

It is important to note that individuals who are not directly related to LTC will not be allowed to meet with him, even if they attempt to do so. Guards have been instructed to prevent any non-sanctioned interactions with LTC and will intercept individuals who make such attempts.

Those who make reunions only for important purposes and they should maintain cleanliness before the enforcement officer gives permission to meet LTC, this rule was last updated on Tue 29 June 2021. 

When the LTC visits another country, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of that country should be prepared to greet the LTC at the airport before the LTC and other teams continue their journey to meet with the head of state according to the countrywide commanded as. President's. /Prime Minister's. /King's.

Every country around the world requests that enforcement officers in their country should protect the LTC if the LTC visits their country, the reason is because LTC has the most expensive travel insurance in the world, in the event of a disaster in their country or a catastrophic tragedy against LTC, the government is not willing to take responsibility for the chief organizations that demand compensation for their country, it could affect their economy.

⁵[FOOD POISONING]

In terms of nutrition, although LTC has strict control certainties, sometimes, LTC makes official visits to any eatery from restaurant to fast food restaurant.

In terms of ordering food from the table or from the app, if LTC orders through the service food handlers, within the previous 2 hours.

CMA and SSI will visit the kitchen of the food store to make a food inspection through the food poisoning device that issued by The Chiefs Medical Assistant (CMA), the device could detected a strand of hair/ saliva/ sand & various objects can be detected.

Several Restaurant branches in LandTrade have manufactured products from Japan namely Nippon Sheet Glass has developed a compact gene analyzer that uses the polymerase chain reaction technique to determine the DNA of microorganisms.

As the LandTrade Special Units Force (SUF), therefore if anything happens, the SCommands will report to SSI when there is the events of an attack or insulted with abusive words by outsiders.

Before the next 3 days of the LTC's Motorcade starts on the road, the Secret Service Intelligence (SSI) must inspect each firearm withdrawn by each police officer at headquarters, the traffic police patrolling cars will be parked where the area will carry out the closure, and officers were communicate with other areas units of no less than 74 teams who will block the road, and the traffic lights will be turned off so as not to confuse some passersby LTC vehicles in the area, other road users from the outset will be instructed to avoid roads involved during throughout the closure.

The LTC has 5 aircraft & 2 watercraft

including Yacht and Cruise Ship.

1.(Gulfstream G650) For fast flights.

2.(Airbus A380) For business class flights worldwide and also owned by LandTrade organization.

3.(Airbus A400M) The cargo flights to carry LTC private vehicles and others.

4.(A100 Airborne) This aircraft will carry radar where this aircraft will fly from the beginning, before the second aircraft that carrying LTC will fly over in safe air destination area.

5.(EC130 B4) This helicopter will be used for local flights in case LTC has various emergencies, and this Helicopters will always be carried by air cargo ”A400M for the preparation of destinations intended by LTC.

1.(Yacht-Cruise) The Yacht is an LTC owned club, the yacht will be visited by several VVIPs who will be celebrating the company’s anniversary & birthday party, the yacht is just parking around Reflections at Keppel Bay in Singapore.

2.(Cruise-Ship) The ship is part of LTC’s partnership with MSC in Norway, and LTC has learned that in the company’s field, LTC has spent $1.48b to buy the entire Cruise-Ship to fund the business division at Cruise-Ship to attract tourists.

LandTrade Finance senior chairman Mr Navalni will memorize this recitation every Thursday night Friday and Sunday, according to the two religions, this will be done on two people of different religions.

When LTC was a child, he was admitted to kindergarten for the first time in PCF 39 Bendemeer Rd in the early 2000s, At first, LTC did not know what it meant to study, he only knew how to scratch paper with a pencil until scolded by his teacher. 

But with him taught by classmates to do homework, sometimes on the playground and with friends by his parents and the parents of his classmates until he was promoted to grade one starting from P1A at Beng Wan Primary School, and also he is not interested in studying and every recess time, he will go to the side of the bookstore in canteen to buy the wallet with a ragged rubber strap which is his goal. 

After he was in school for a few months, and he was transferred to Bendemeer Primary School near his elementary school due to the construction of the new school building, and from there it started to P2B until he moved house at that time, and he also moved school again to Marsiling Primary School but unfortunately while in that school, he only studied from primary 2 to primary 6 after PSLE, and he was often bullied by students and often quarreled until he wanted to quit school in 2007. 

And LTC started working part-time in 2011 at a fast food restaurant until the end of 2017, because in mid-2017, LTC’s adopted sister, Miss Samara had signed up for LTC at NUS Faculty Of Engineering, on the pretext of not wanting to cause failure when LTC had managed such an important task as now, until he could not serve in NS.

The Reflections @Kappel Bay is the LTC's first residence provided by the company in collaboration with LandTrade, the company is a Home Property estate service for the LTC, it will be responsible for all structures and security features for the chief staying while on duty, the company will also make special design either in every corner or even the secret door of the protective door which is a thick door, so as not to be ambushed by any criminals.

The Skysuites @Anson is accommodation by the LTC in Singapore, his second home at Tanjung Pagar, 8 Anggor Street has a height of 820 feet which 72 storeys, the height of his residence is 68 floor and has a view of the kappel sea from the balcony, the whole house at a cost of nearly USD$1.9 million sponsored by a company to the LTC who settled for free with the ease of his duties since 2017. 

The Marsiling Greenview also is the LTC's place of fixation, did you know that building has very strict security control such as proximity to police headquarters, patrol team and special operations, the building is located in the Northern Region of Singapore, it is a BTO flat in a greenview housing estate, what is special about that building? very modest with unique facilities, although the surrounding area has many facilities such as supermarkets. 

But the building in question still has a supermarket with acros link bridge distance to multi-storey car park, and what is interesting in this story is, that many are worth a billions of luxury buildings in the world, but this buildings were turned into spare accommodation by the LTC, but LandTrade advises the public that safety is not only for people of rank, but also for the world of our society, and to be sure that singapore government wants its country to have equal security features.

Each LTC house has 117-124 CCTV enclosures including Kitchen/ Living Room/ Corridor/ Balcony/ in Closet/ Staircase/ In elevator/ and Main Door, some CCTV has quality that can detect the face of the civilian and search the background and address of a person, the CCTV will also be directly monitored by SSI at UK HQ.
